Visitor & Guest Parking Information

While we request that all visitors and guests at the University register their vehicles with Public Safety prior to parking, visitors and guests of the University are always welcome to park in any space marked as VISITOR PARKING which are in limited sections of A - Lot, B - Lot and D - Lots. Visitors may also park in K-Visitor parking lot by the Harry Jack Gray Center. Please call Public Safety at 860.768.7985 or stop in at our offices located across from Lincoln Theater in parking lot E.

NO PERMITS NECESSARY FOR:

Patrons of the Arts and Athletic events on campus are free to park in F-Lot in front of Lincoln Theatre and for events at the Hartt School please park in non-reserved spaces of D and C lots.

All Athletic Game & Event parking is located in M -Lot which is located behind the Sports Center Main Arena.

On Official University Buisiness:

Visitors on official University business such as guest lecturing, or other department or organization sponsorship should preregister their vehicle with that sponsor who in turn will request of Public Safety a VIP parking dashboard permit for your vehicle. For convenience this permit will be emailed to you along with a parking map prior to your arrival on campus if possible to make your parking experience quick and easy.

OH - NO! I have a citation on my vehicle. What do I do.

No problem we were unaware of your vehicle on campus or confused you as being a student or staff member. You can either stop in at Public Safety before you leave campus, or call our Parking Services Division (Mon through Friday 8 am to 3 pm 860.768.7865), or for 24 hour access please use the guest appeal form HERE
